Many people want to add a decorative door, as this person did.  It was a rental house, but someone had kicked in the front door.  We added a new door, all new framing, along with security features that would make it more secure.  There was also a 'laundry list" of other items that needed attention; some 'settling cracks that needed repairing, added laundry room washer overflow pan, re-set an air conditioning vent, paint,  fix a few holes that needed dry wall repairs, etc.  Most homes have lots of 'little things' that need to be done.  Why not call KEN'S FIX IT FAST and get those pesky little things done!
