Add a Pantry
Inside the kitchen, we measured (two or three times!) to the exact area where the customer wanted the cabinet placed. (SLIDE 2) We then had to do work In the Garage, we first cut the wall studs and braced the wall to accept the new cabinet protruding into the garage. We then anchored the supports into the concrete and made the supporting stand. Now it was time to install the new "PANTRY". Then we insulated it to keep out the cold and hot air.

Fascia and Roofs
This was a particularly difficult fascia to replace, due to the way it was originally constructed. Yes, we put it back the same way it came off.......after rebuilding the "birdhouses" on each end of the gables. Painted each board BEFORE it went up (so all sides were protected) and then the ends when it was cut to fit.
There was no door or frame to this room. We built the frame and installed the door.
